But something has shifted, and decisions that used to come naturally now take longer than they should. The clarity you used to operate from has gone somewhere you can't quite locate, and that quiet confidence that used to underpin everything feels less solid than it once did.

From the outside nothing looks broken. But internally something feels off, and the longer it sits there the more it starts to bleed into everything else  how you think, how you decide, how you show up. Sometimes this is rooted in work, sometimes it's personal - a relationship, a loss, a life shift that's reorganised more than you expected, including your sense of who you are. Often it's both, because for most people the two were never really that separate. The context varies. The internal experience is almost always the same.

Here's the thing... there's nothing wrong with you.

The instinct when things feel this way is to push harder. More planning, more discipline, force a decision and commit to it.

 

But that rarely works, and it's not because you're not trying hard enough. It's because the issue isn't effort.

What's actually happening is that the identity, role, or certainty you used to operate from has shifted and the next version of yourself hasn't fully formed yet. That gap is real, it's disorienting, and it's not something you can think your way out of alone.

The Clarity Edit

If you're in a period where things feel unclear, direction feels harder than it should, or you're carrying something you can't quite resolve on your own - this is where we begin.

We start with a structured 90-minute diagnostic session. Not a discovery call, not a get-to-know-you conversation. The first real piece of work.​

We get underneath what's actually happening, surface what's driving the uncertainty, and build a clear picture of what's going on and what needs to happen next.​

You'll leave  with a real understanding of what's going on and why, clarity on what to focus on, and a clear next step you can actually move forward with.

What the Clarity Edit surfaces - and what it can't resolve on its own.

For some people one session is enough. They needed clarity, they have it, and they move forward independently. That's a completely valid outcome.​

But for most people I work with, what surfaces in the Clarity Edit is bigger than a single session can resolve. Because there's a real difference between understanding what's happened to your confidence, your direction, or your sense of self and actually rebuilding it.  One conversation can surface it. It takes sustained, structured work to change it. ​That’s where the 90-Day Edit begins - the point where we move from understanding what’s going on to actually changing it. This is where the real work happens.

The 90-Day Edit

Where things  actually change, understanding what's going on and actually changing it are two very different things.

If what came out of the Clarity Edit points to something that needs more than a plan - confidence that’s been eroded, a direction that hasn’t felt solid for a while, a way of operating that’s stopped working  - this is where we do something about it properly.

One-to-one, at your convenience, across 90 days. Weekly sessions built entirely around what we uncovered in the diagnostic and what needs to happen next for you specifically.

By the time we finish, you’ll make decisions more clearly and more quickly than you have in a long time. The second-guessing will have quieted. The direction will feel solid. You’ll be operating with a confidence that isn’t fragile or forced, it’s been properly rebuilt from the inside.

This is the main work. The Clarity Edit gets us to the starting line. This is where we run.

About

I'm an ICF-accredited Performance and Wellbeing Coach working with professionals, leaders, and high achievers across the UK and internationally working with clients through one-to-one online coaching.

My work sits at the intersection of identity, confidence, and performance  psychologically - informed, practically focused, and built around what's actually going on for you rather than a framework applied to your situation.

Alongside my private client work I partner with organisations supporting leaders and employees through transition, performance challenges, and periods of significant change. I also founded the Banana Bread Club  a community of nearly 300 founders and remote professionals built around the isolation and accountability gap that comes with working independently. Running it has taught me things about transition and what people actually need when they're in motion that no qualification could. This isn't motivational coaching. It's honest, structured work with someone who understands this world from the inside.
