August 26th
​Working with Hannah has been life-changing. I was struggling to balance work, personal life, and the constant stress that came with it. Through coaching, I learned how to prioritise my work / life balance and manage my time effectively. I now have the space and clarity to work towards my goals without feeling overwhelmed. May 18th
I had coaching organised by my employer, it's not really something that's done in my culture so wasn't really sure what to expect but my biggest takeaway by far was growing my confidence after working out what blocks were in the way. Coaching has given me more confidence and direction to build my awareness, focus and self-development towards my goals finding more balance.
It's helped move me forwards allowing me to explore different methods to speak English in my local community. It's been great to have this coaching and have a chance to share and think about what targets I should set myself whilst finding my feet in a new country. It's given me so much more awareness of what was getting in my way of achieving my goal and growing my comfort zone.
January 16th
Coaching mainly raised awareness of numerous limiting beliefs and helped me understand how these hamper my confidence and personal development - where I had convinced myself I was being strong, self-sufficient and that it was admirable to not require of other people’s help or interaction, the conversations during these sessions revealed that these are in fact were defence mechanisms, rooted in a fear of rejection and lack of trust in others.
I previously took pride in being independent with an ‘I don’t need them’ mentality, but coaching made me realize that this actually means I’ve shut off many avenues to maintain a healthy social aspect - both in personal and work life - and realize the adverse impact this has on mental wellbeing. I left with newfound encouragement to begin trusting people better, become more free-spirited and more proactive in communicating with work peers/social groups.
On a separate note, it greatly enhanced the relationship between myself and my (now previous) manager. Through the coaching itself as well as the feedback/debrief of these sessions between Hannah and my manager, we began to understand each other on a far deeper, emotional level and as a result worked a lot better together from that point. We butted heads a lot less frequently, and created systems to manage our individually strong personalities more efficiently and synergistically.
December 02nd
Coaching has been a massive success, I have seen a definite change in some behaviors and an obvious increase in confidence but best of all, I think I have seen a real shift in the way that my team member communicates and engages with other team members. Before the coaching, he would almost push himself away from any fun or banter that was going on the team which made it difficult for him to form proper relationships with his peers. Now he is very open to these kinds of conversations and enjoys interacting with the team in this way – this for me was a real win as I think he feels way more comfortable in the office now – an example of this was the presentation he made to the whole business about what he does, it was so well done and he kept every single team member fully engaged for a good 25 minutes whilst he spoke very confidently in front of circa 30 people!
As well as the above, I’ve seen a really positive shift in the way my team member organises his work load and manages his day. This was always a bit of a trouble area for him, but he has been really consistent with this since he started the coaching.

All in all we have seen a definite uplift in all round performance, he is way more receptive to feedback and he definitely gets angry / frustrated a lot less than he did before.
June 16th
I started coaching with the aim to improve several aspects of my work life, and also get a deeper understanding of how I operate on a personal level. Before starting the process, I didn’t feel troubled or plagued by something hugely significant, but nonetheless there were aspects of my life – both in and out of work – that I wasn’t fully happy with and realized could be improved. Over the course of 12 weeks and many profound conversations, I feel that these aims were achieved and then some. The unforeseen outcomes and takeaways from this process helped to enhance my view on coaching as a concept, as well as my own life.

Amid asking the right questions, (rightfully) probing certain areas in conversation and above all being an excellent listener, Hannah granted me thorough and newfound understanding of how I tick - why I do the things I do, why I react how I react, and so forth. Each week I left feeling consistently confident and content about a certain situation, whereas 2 hours prior I may have felt quite bleak about it and how to deal with it. Coaching has also made clear just how powerful an outside perspective on something can be, how having your own words read back to you, and really unearthing the meaning/motives behind your internal dialogue can bring things to light you never would have realized on your own.

Really that is what coaching is – having a totally unbiased, unjudging platform to voice your current place/situation, which is then expertly interpreted into realizations and action points for you to head towards somewhere more idyllic. Although it is for this reason that you have got to be prepared to show up as vulnerably and authentically as possible: free of any fronts, tainted truths or anything that diverts from what’s truly going on. It is your responsibility as the client/coach-ee to ensure you are both heading down the correct path and presenting god’s-honest truth to ensure the process is actually fruitful. Once you nail this part though, the changes you can make within yourself and the effect they have in the real world are profound, and whether your outlook on life is that of despair, is worry-free or (more likely) somewhere in between, coaching is something I believe anyone can truly benefit from.

'I received coaching from Hannah which results exceeded my expectations. Hannah creates and facilitates a safe a comfortable space to explore and challenge thoughts, feeling, triggers and beliefs. September 24th
'Working with Hannah has been so productive for me. We started the coaching sessions at a time when I was having to leave one role and start another, both in the same national organisation. Hannah helped me negotiate all the feelings that I was going through – excitement for something new, apprehension for something new, being able to fit in, be needed.
I’m lucky to have friends I can talk to, but they won’t read back to you your own words, something Hannah did confidently, challenging appropriately and very much encouraging.
I have come out of this change more confidently than I actually went into it. And that is due to the support from Hannah'

I would highly recommend Hannah. She was an excellent listener & asked those questions which really made me think ‘what do I want out of my life’ & ‘what will make me happy’ Thanks to Hannah I had lots of food for thought & ended up with a new job doing what I love! Sometimes we think we are stuck in a particular cycle or rut but we can change direction if we want to & Hannah can help’

Life Coach? What could a life coach possibly teach me? I was in the military and had a teenage daughter, I am just about to retire for goodness sake – And there was the problem, I was worried about retiring, certainly I had my financial plan in place but I didn’t have a holistic wellbeing plan, after all there is only so much DIY, cruising or golf …
Hannah has given me purpose, I was operating in a very lonely space which she grasped immediately, listening with great empathy she has given me the tools to find traction and motivation to navigate this next chapter of my life.
Not wanting to make her blush, but she is a warm, genuinely caring, open special person. I feel privileged to have taken this short journey with her safe in the knowledge that she has my best interest at heart and that should I need her in the future I can say with 100% confidence she will be there for me.
